This course is aimed to be an archival as a knowledge resource for those who are keen/interested to learn about the basics of scientific investigation of crimes. There is always a perception of tendency that the crimes are being committed with least possible chance of begin apprehended. The scopes for the scientific investigations are given least importance and the veracity is also being perceived to undervalued. the scope for the course is to create awareness that the crimes of any kind would be resolved through scientific approaches. This would render the learners to get enhanced knowledge about the techniques and tools available for the investigations. In turn, they become the ambassadors of the scientific investigations and there are more scopes that the society would be educated with such an initiative. Thereby the scope of preventive forensics gets easily achieved. crime-free society could be a distant possibility. Course Objective(s): 1. To create sensitization and awareness about forensic sciences and its basic elements in investigations in any kind of crimes. 2. To develop the scientific vigour and importance in the approach in criminal investigations and to learn about the omnipotence and criminal justice delivery system.
